This 3 plus bedroom dwelling is the ideal getaway for beach and water view lovers who want direct beach access and wish to be walking distance to Nelson Bay town facilities and D’Albora’s Marina.

It is a cute older style cottage on the pathway that leads directly down to Dutchman’s Bay and park playground. It has gorgeous water and some beach views. There is a wonderful big outside spa housed in a cabana in which you can enjoy a beautiful garden setting overlooking the water and the trees.

There is an area downstairs, which could be a teenager’s retreat or used for a separate couple. It sleeps 2 (one double bed) but extra bunks available on request. It boasts the same views.

There is bedding for 5 upstairs (one trio and 1 queen room). Both upstairs and downstairs have a separate BBQ and TV.
