Imagine Cruises operates all year round in the waters of Port Stephens. The Imagine Cruises catamaran will offer a comfortable cruise in style for up to 60 guests. The professional Imagine Cruises crew will help you plan and organise a fundraiser event to suit your specifications, including entertainment and catering.
Standard Imagine Cruises tours can be incorporated into your event plan - for example a sunset sail with cocktails or a sunset sausage sizzle - see below for some examples - although some conditions may apply.
Imagine Cruises is dedicated to helping our community and may be able to sponsor
your event at a very low cost and donate raffle prizes to help raise the funds you really need.
Sunset Sail: 1.5 to 2 hrs.
Cost effective and easy formula with maximum
impact! Get together for a gentle sail on board a
luxury catamaran at sunset for a lot of fun and
socialising
Enjoy a free "coupe de champagne", sailing and
taking in the views of the magnificent waters of
Port Stephens. A glass of quality Hunter Valley
wine or a beer of your choice with light snacks is
all included. Don't forget Imagine can carry 59
people so get your invitations out early and get as
many guests as we can fit in

Anchored in a calm part of the bay at sunset with
an OZ Barbie sizzling away could be one of the
most effective ways to raise needed funds …
"Imagine" offers a very large cabin and a lot of
deck floor to socialise and we will put up the sails
for our return to the Marina. We have a full PA set
up and extensive music collection to cater for light
dinner parties up to pumping dance parties.
We recommend this option for groups of up to 50.
Light BBQ included with a minimum of 40 pax.

Self-Catered Dinner: 3.5hrs.
Enjoy a comfortable inshore sail to a secluded,
protected cove surrounded by National Park.
There we will anchor for your BBQ or sit-down
dinner. You may choose to organise your own
catering or our chef can cook up a storm so you
can party the night away.
Dinner not included with a minimum of 20 pax.
Depending on the quality of your catering you can
raise from $300 to $2000 with this event not
including raffle proceeds!
